Perception Audit™

The Perception Audit: brand audit services for established businesses

One live session with Steven. Fifteen questions, asked in the room, that show how far your market's view of you sits from where it should be.

What it measures

What does the Perception Audit measure?

Who you serve today, against who the brand still speaks to

What you charge, against what the brand signals you're worth

How clients describe you, against how you describe yourself

Where the gap shows up first: leads, pricing, hiring or deals

Why it's a paid session

Why is the Perception Audit a paid session?

Free audits elsewhere are a form and an automated score. The Perception Audit is a live session, the questions are validated against your situation as you answer, and you leave with a written Brand Snapshot and straightforward recommendations on what to do next.

It also tells you honestly whether you need us. Some businesses leave with a short list they can act on alone.

What you get

What do you get from the Audit?

Your Brand Snapshot

A written report of the gap, in plain words, with where it's costing you most and a roadmap to close it.

A recommended next step

Act on it yourself, a Sprint, or the Perception Shift, with the reason for each.

Who it suits

Who is the Audit for?

Established, stable businesses that have grown past their brand

Owners who want a diagnosis before they spend on design

Leadership teams that disagree on how to describe the business

Who it doesn't

Businesses still finding their offer

Anyone in survival mode who needs leads this week

Teams that only want a new logo

Why is the Perception Audit paid?

Because it's a working session with Steven, with a written result, and an automated score can't do that.

The fee also keeps the session for owners who are serious about the answer.

We tried this before and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?

Because the last attempt almost certainly started with design. A logo, a palette and a website that looked better and changed nothing, and your name on it.

This one starts with a written diagnosis, before you commit to anything further, that you can put in front of your leadership without needing to be persuasive about it. If the diagnosis says you don't need us, that's what it will say.

Do I need a rebrand or a refresh?

If buyers misread what the business does or who it serves, you need a rebrand. If they read it correctly and it just looks dated, a refresh may be enough.

The Perception Audit is designed to answer exactly this question before you spend on either.

What happens after I book a meeting?

You get a calendar confirmation, then a thirty-minute conversation about where the business is going.

If there's a fit, the next step is usually the Audit. If there isn't, we'll say so.

Which businesses do you work with?

Established, stable businesses that have outgrown their brand, usually led by an owner or partnership.

It doesn't suit businesses still finding their offer or in survival mode.
