Case studies · GRF Training
From a warning sign to a clear promise
GRF Training taught people to stay calm and act. Its brand looked like a hazard sign. We aligned three owners on one position, then rebuilt the identity, the website and the marketing around it.

The situation
A business that had outgrown its look
GRF teaches CPR, first aid and emergency response, and supplies the AEDs and equipment to stay ready. Three owners run it, with certified Red Cross instructors teaching every class.
The brand looked like a warning sign: a hazard triangle, a red bandage cross, alert icons, and the same red-cross language every provider uses.
Where the brand started.
The gap we found
The market sold certificates. GRF was delivering capability.
Research came before any design. Every regional competitor fought over the same ground: low prices, class volume and compliance catalogs.
GRF's real difference sat in the open ground: students leave able to act, in a warm room, with one partner for training and equipment. The old look led with alarm while the classes eased it.
The decisions
Five calls, agreed by all three owners
1
Position on capability
A certificate means nothing if you can't use the skills when it counts.
2
Two buyers, one promise
A parent-to-be and an HR manager share the same sense of duty.
3
Warmth as the method
A relaxed room is where people actually learn.
4
One trusted partner
Training and equipment in one place.
5
Say it in three words
Confidence through Capability.
The identity
The hazard triangle became a heart carved into the R
Same three letters, now saying care instead of alarm, in deep teal on ivory.
